The privacy policy of the company «CoinClaim»

This policy is part of the Customer agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", accepting the terms of which (by accepting the offer), you give your consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set forth in the Privacy policy set out below.

  • CoinClaim acts as the processor of Your personal data.

    We act both as the controller and the processor of Your personal data in the sense attached to these terms in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC

    The contact details for the CoinClaim data protection officer and other representatives of CoinClaim are given in Section 11 of this Privacy Policy.

  • The purposes for which your personal data will be used

    CoinClaim may use Your personal data for the following purposes:

    • Identification for entering into and execution of the Agreement with You (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement on Registration" );

    • Execution of the terms of the Agreement with You (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement Execution" ), including the following activities necessary to do so:

      • Promotion of the products and/or services of the Advertisers with the description of CLM, which You may have received for the completion of tasks and campaigns created by the relevant Advertisers (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion under the Agreement");

      • The implementation of the marketing tasks and campaigns

      • Promotion of CoinClaim services, including informing about CoinClaim new products, as well as tasks, campaigns, promos, drawings, discounts, etc. on the websites, among other things, about the conditions of the quests, challenges, tasks, campaigns, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion of the CoinClaim Service" );

      • Development, improvement, modernisation, updating of services and products of CoinClaim (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Improvement");

      • Informing You in connection with the Agreement, among other things, on the updates of CoinClaim services (hereinafter referred to as the "Informing under the Agreement");

    • Payment of CLM to You in full compliance with the applicable law and the requirements of the payment systems You have chosen to withdraw CLM (hereinafter referred to as the "CLM Payment");

    • Direct marketing, advertising, and promotion of products and/or services of CoinClaim partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Direct Marketing");

    • Analysis of the consumer market taking into account Your personal data and using the CoinClaim service for marketing of services of CoinClaim (hereinafter referred to as the "Market Analysis for CoinClaim Marketing");

    • Compliance with the requirements of the applicable law or the decision of a court or other competent state or municipal authority (hereinafter referred to as the Compliance with the Requirements of the Law or the Decision of the Competent Authority).

  • The personal data we use.
    • The Customer is solely responsible for updating and maintaining the correct contact information in his/her account on the Service. The Customer can make all the changes necessary on the Settings page in his/her personal account on CoinClaim.

      The information You provide us with:

      • When registering with CoinClaim via email:

        • Your name (nickname) on the website.

        • Your password for Your personal account.

        • Your email address.

        • Your place of residence.

        • Currency used.

        • Your profile picture.

      • When registering with CoinClaim through social media:

        • The ID of Your Facebook profile, your Twitter profile, your Reddit profile or Your Google account.

        • Your email address.

        • Your Facebook, Twitter or Reddit profile photo, Your Google account photo.

        • Your state of residence.

        The above personal data are hereinafter referred to as the "Identification Information".
